For private individuals, the self-employed and small businesses

Fill PDF forms automatically

Paperwork comes in. Snapfritz detects the fields, proposes values from details you already gave, and gets the PDF ready for review. You confirm and sign. An address registration, an application or a supplier form: the same steps.

Your form first, then sign in with an emailed code or Google. An account is created automatically.

Today: forms. Next: the admin behind your inbox.

How it works today

No setup, no training. One document at a time.

  1. 01

    Upload the document

Drop in the PDF you received. Or simply forward the email with the PDF attached to your Snapfritz address.

  2. 02

    Snapfritz prepares it

The AI detects the fields. Deterministic code proposes each value from your profile or from an earlier answer. You confirm before anything is written into the PDF.

  3. 03

    You answer only what's missing

Review uncertain information, add missing answers, and sign where required.

  4. 04

    Done

Download the completed document and send it back.

Good to know. Snapfritz applies a simple electronic signature (an image of your signature). If a document explicitly requires a qualified electronic signature or notarisation, you will need another route. Always check the result yourself before sending it.

How paperwork gets in

Five ways in, one account. What happens next is always the same: detect fields, propose values, you review.

  • Upload

Drop the PDF here. Without an account the file stays in your browser until you sign in.

  • Forwarding address

Every account has its own address. Forward the email with the PDF. Snapfritz sends you a link to review it.

  • Chrome extension

One click on a PDF attachment in Gmail or Outlook on the web. The rest of the mail is not read.

  • REST API

Upload a PDF, confirm fields, sign, download. Platin plan.

  • MCP

The same steps for an agent. The agent does not sign; it gives you the review link.

Tell Snapfritz once. Reuse it next time.

Company name and address. Tax number and VAT ID. Bank details. Contact details. The same answers come up again and again in administrative paperwork.

Store them once in your profile and Snapfritz fills them in on the next form. Recurring details that aren't in your profile, such as payment terms, are suggested again when the same form comes back.

  • You decide what's in your profile

Your business details come from the profile you fill in yourself and can change at any time.

  • Every value shows its source

“From your saved details”, “From an earlier document” or “Entered by you”, right next to the field.

  • Earlier answers stay with their form

A confirmed answer is only suggested again on a form with the same fields, and only in your organisation.

  • You check before you sign

Uncertain values are flagged, and Snapfritz only adds your signature once you confirm.

Forms are only the beginning.

  1. TodayAvailable now

    “Fill this form.”

Upload a PDF or forward the email it came with. Snapfritz prepares it; you check and sign.

  2. NextPlanned

    “Handle this request.”

Snapfritz reads the email itself too: what is being asked, which details and documents are missing, and by when.

  3. LaterVision

“Only ask me when you need me.”

Routine requests get handled automatically. Decisions and exceptions come back to you.

The goal is simple: administrative work should disappear from your day, not just get faster.

Concept. This is not how Snapfritz works today.

For private individuals and for businesses.

  • Private individuals

Address registration, parental allowance, child benefit and other applications that ask for the same details again.

  • Self-employed and SMEs

Trade registration, the tax registration questionnaire, supplier forms and insurance questionnaires.

  • Landlords and property managers

Tenant self-disclosure, owner declarations and the property details that show up on every form.

Hospitality and holiday lets work the same way, as soon as the task is a PDF.

Forms that come back often

Snapfritz fills the PDF you have. It does not file anything and it is not a partner of the body that issued the form.

Your paperwork contains sensitive information. We treat it that way.

What happens to your documents, in plain words. The full details are in the privacy policy.

  • Nothing goes out without you

Snapfritz doesn't submit forms on your behalf or send documents to anyone else – finished documents only go to you. It adds your signature only once you confirm.

  • What the AI sees

To find the fields, Anthropic (Claude, USA) receives the recognised text of your form and its file name – not the PDF, not your profile, not your signature. The AI fills nothing in, and under Anthropic's commercial terms the content isn't used for training.

  • Where your data lives

The app, database and text recognition run on a server in Germany (Hetzner, Nuremberg). PDFs and your signature image are stored in Cloudflare R2, where the storage location is not limited to the EU. Emails – sign-in, forwarded documents, notifications – go through Resend (USA).

  • Only for your organisation

Organisations are strictly separated, and remembered answers stay within one. In a team, each person sees their own documents and whatever is shared with them. Links in our emails open that one document without signing in for 7 days, so don't forward them. Every step is logged. We don't sell data.

  • No tracking

No analytics, advertising or social media cookies. Only the cookies needed to sign in and remember your language.

  • Your data, your call

Documents are kept as long as your organisation exists. You can export your data and delete individual documents, your account or the whole organisation yourself.

Using it for business? Our data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is part of the terms and applies without a separate signature. Data processing agreement

Common questions

Which forms can Snapfritz fill?

PDF forms you upload: applications, questionnaires, registrations, supplier and landlord forms. Snapfritz is not a government portal. Whether a specific form is readable depends on the file — no single official form is guaranteed.

Do scanned PDFs work?

Yes, when the scan is readable. OCR reads the image and the AI detects the fields. Unreadable scans end as failed and do not count against the allowance.

What about handwriting?

Handwritten entries are marked. You type the value yourself. Snapfritz does not invent it.

Does the AI fill in the form?

No. The AI detects the fields from the text that was read. Deterministic code proposes values from your profile and from earlier confirmed answers. You review and confirm before anything is written into the PDF.

Is the electronic signature valid?

Snapfritz places a simple electronic signature: the image of your signature, after you confirm, plus a log. If a document requires a qualified signature or notarisation, Snapfritz will not sign it. This is not legal advice.

Where is my data?

The application, database and OCR run at Hetzner in Nuremberg. PDFs and the signature image are at Cloudflare R2; the storage location is not limited to the EU. Email goes through Resend (USA). For field detection, the recognized text goes to Anthropic (USA), not the PDF and not your profile. No tracking. Details are in the privacy policy.

Does Snapfritz work for private individuals?

Yes. The same steps and the same plans as for the self-employed and small businesses. Typical cases are an address registration, parental allowance, child benefit, or a form only you fill in.

Does Snapfritz send the form to the authority?

No. You download the finished PDF and pass it on yourself. A copy can go to your own email. “Send” in the app only marks the document as sent and opens a 30-minute revocation window.

How does a form get in?

Direct upload, forwarding to your Snapfritz address, the Chrome extension for Gmail and Outlook on the web, and on the Platin plan the REST API and the MCP server. A full mailbox connection via OAuth and WhatsApp are not built.

What is available, and what is only planned?

Available: upload, forwarding, the extension, review, profile, simple signature, the log, company accounts with colleagues, and on the Platin plan the API and MCP. Marked as planned in the product and not usable today: understanding the email itself, answering routine requests, webhooks and multiple signature profiles.

Start with the next form you don't want to fill out.
