Registering an address in Germany uses a registration form, often with a landlord confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung). Snapfritz can prepare that PDF and place your signature. You book the Bürgeramt appointment and hand the form in yourself.

How to do it

Get both sheets
The registration form and, when required, the confirmation from the person who is giving you the home. Templates come from the municipality, not from Snapfritz.

Check personal details
Name, birth, previous and new address. The religion field affects church tax. Enter what is true; Snapfritz does not advise you on it.

Sign
Usually everyone who must register signs. Snapfritz cannot produce a qualified signature.

Take it to the office
Many municipalities want an in-person appointment or their own online process. The PDF does not replace that step.

Limits
- Snapfritz reads the PDF you upload. It is not a government portal, it does not file the application, and it is not a partner of the body that issued the form.
- Whether this particular form can be read depends on the file. No specific official form is guaranteed.
- The AI detects fields. Deterministic code proposes values from your profile and from earlier confirmed answers. You confirm before anything is written into the PDF.
- The signature is a simple electronic signature (an image of your signature). Snapfritz does not produce qualified signatures or notarisation.
- Not advice on registration law. Deadlines, which ID to bring, and whether you can file online are on your municipality's site.

Does Snapfritz book the Bürgeramt appointment?
No. It prepares the PDF. You book the appointment and hand the form in.
Is a simple signature enough?
The form or the office says so. Snapfritz can only place a simple electronic signature.
