Fill a PDF form automatically
You upload a PDF. Snapfritz detects the fields, proposes values from your profile and from earlier answers, and you check each value before it is written into the form. You can then sign with the signature you stored and pass the PDF on yourself.

How to do it

Bring the PDF
A scan or a digital file, up to 20 MB. Text is read from the file; a scan goes through OCR.

Fields and suggestions
The AI detects the fields. Suggested values come from your profile or from an answer you confirmed earlier on the same form.

Review
Unsure, missing, and handwritten spots are marked. Every value shows where it came from.

Sign and download
Snapfritz places your signature only after you confirm. You download the finished PDF and send it on yourself.

Limits
- Snapfritz reads the PDF you upload. It is not a government portal, it does not file the application, and it is not a partner of the body that issued the form.
- Whether this particular form can be read depends on the file. No specific official form is guaranteed.
- The AI detects fields. Deterministic code proposes values from your profile and from earlier confirmed answers. You confirm before anything is written into the PDF.
- The signature is a simple electronic signature (an image of your signature). Snapfritz does not produce qualified signatures or notarisation.
- Compared with Adobe Fill & Sign: there you type every field. Snapfritz proposes values it already knows and says where they came from. There is no connection to Adobe.
Common questions
Do scanned PDFs work?
Yes, when the scan is readable. Unreadable files end as failed and do not count against the monthly allowance.
Does the AI fill in the values?
No. It detects the fields. Fixed code proposes the values, and you confirm them.
What happens after signing?
You download the PDF. A copy can go to your email. Snapfritz does not send the form to the other party.
