Terms of Service
Snapfritz (snapfritz.com) · Last updated: September 2026
1. Provider and scope
Snapfritz is provided by STAYFRITZ SPAIN, S.L., CIF B26591909, Avenida Central, 18, 07184 El Toro, Calvià, Mallorca, Spain (email: hola@stayfritz.es), “we”. These terms apply to your use of Snapfritz. Terms of your own apply only if we expressly agree to them.
How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, the Data Processing Agreement also applies; it is part of these terms.
2. The service
Snapfritz helps you fill in PDF forms:
- You upload a PDF. Snapfritz reads the text and identifies the fields to be completed.
- Snapfritz proposes values from your profile and from your earlier confirmations.
- You review and confirm every field and can change it.
- On request, your stored signature is placed in the document as an image.
- You receive the finished PDF to download and share. A log is kept for every document.
The “Send” function marks a document as sent within Snapfritz and opens a window in which you can revoke it. Snapfritz does not transmit the document to third parties in doing so. Passing on the PDF, for example by email or through your device's share menu, is done by you.
3. Account, organisation and sign-in
- You need an account to use the service. You sign in with an emailed code or link, or with Google.
- You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity, or act for a company you are authorised to represent.
- You are responsible for your email or Google account and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately about unauthorised access.
- Your profile details must be correct and up to date.
Organisations and company accounts
Every account works in an organisation. At first you are alone in it; once you invite other people, it becomes a company account. One person can belong to several organisations.
- Contracting party: Only owners of the organisation book, change and cancel a paid plan. Anyone booking for a company or other organisation concludes the contract in its name and confirms that they are authorised to do so; the company or organisation is then the contracting party.
- Roles: Owners manage everything, including the plan, billing and deleting the organisation. Admins manage the team and settings. Signatories sign forms on behalf of the organisation. Members work on their own forms. Every organisation has at least one owner.
- Acting for the organisation: The organisation decides whom it invites and with which role, and is responsible for ensuring that only authorised people sign on its behalf. We do not check internal authority to represent it.
- Documents: A document belongs to the person through whom it came in. It is visible to that person, to whoever they share it with and, for forms signed on behalf of the organisation, to the owners. If someone leaves the organisation or is removed, their documents stay in the organisation and are managed by the owners; their personal details and learned answers in that organisation are deleted.
- People: The number of people in an organisation is not limited on any plan. The plan and its allowance apply to the whole organisation.
4. Acceptable use
You may only upload documents and process details that you are entitled to use. In particular, you must not:
- upload unlawful content or use Snapfritz for unlawful purposes, in particular to forge documents or signatures;
- use other people's signatures or details without their authorisation;
- disrupt the service, circumvent protective measures, make automated access at an unreasonable volume, or access other people's accounts;
- resell the service or parts of it, or make it available to third parties, without our consent.
In case of a breach we may remove content and block access.
5. You must review the results
Snapfritz uses text recognition and artificial intelligence. These can make mistakes: fields may be missed, mismatched or misplaced, and values may be incomplete. Therefore:
- You review every field and the finished document before you sign, send or pass it on.
- You remain responsible for the content of the documents and the accuracy of your details.
- Snapfritz is not legal, tax or other advice.
6. Signatures
Snapfritz creates simple electronic signatures (Art. 3(10) eIDAS Regulation): your signature is placed in the PDF as an image and evidenced by the log (time, account, IP address). It is neither an advanced nor a qualified electronic signature.
Some forms require a stronger form, such as a qualified electronic signature, a handwritten signature, notarisation or certification. Snapfritz tries to detect and flag such cases but cannot guarantee it. Whether a simple electronic signature is sufficient for your document and accepted by the recipient is for you to clarify.
7. Your content and rights
Your documents, details and signature remain your property or that of the persons entitled to them. You grant us a non-exclusive right, limited to the term of the contract, to store, process and display this content as far as necessary to provide Snapfritz (including the service providers named in the Privacy Policy). We do not use your content for our own purposes.
You confirm that you are entitled to use the uploaded content and that doing so does not infringe third-party rights.
If you use Snapfritz for a business, an organisation or your professional activity and process other people's personal data in doing so, for example that of customers, employees or members of your team, we process that data on your behalf. The Data Processing Agreement under Art. 28 GDPR applies to this and is part of these terms.
The software, design and trademarks of Snapfritz belong to us or our licensors. You receive a simple, non-transferable right of use for the term of this contract.
8. Availability and changes to the service
We aim for high availability but do not owe uninterrupted service. Maintenance, faults and outages at service providers may temporarily limit the service. We may develop Snapfritz further and change features as far as this is reasonable for you. You should download finished documents and back them up yourself.
9. Plans and prices
Snapfritz is available on the free plan Free and on the paid plans Premium and Platin. The features, allowances and price of each plan are set out on the pricing page; the version in force when you book applies until the price changes under this section. Free needs no payment details. Costs arise only if an owner expressly books a paid plan or turns on additional forms.
- Prices: All prices are net, plus statutory VAT. With a valid EU business VAT ID, VAT is not charged under the reverse-charge mechanism.
- Payment: You choose monthly or yearly billing. The plan price is due in advance for each billing period and is collected through our payment provider Stripe. Your invoices are available as PDFs under Settings → Billing.
- Renewal: A paid plan renews automatically for the chosen billing period until you cancel it.
- Allowance: Every plan includes a number of finished forms per month, including with yearly billing. A form counts once, when it is finished for the first time. A reopened copy of a finished form does not count; deleting a finished form does not credit it back to the allowance. Uploads per month and pages per PDF are limited as well. The allowance applies to the whole organisation.
- Allowance used up: Once it is used up, you cannot finish any further forms or upload any further PDFs until the next month; your documents are kept. You can move to a larger plan or, where offered for your plan, turn on additional forms. Without turning them on you are never charged extra.
- Additional forms: Where Snapfritz offers it for your plan, an owner can turn on additional forms beyond the allowance; until they do, the feature is off. Each additional finished form costs the price on the pricing page. The owner sets a monthly cap; once it is reached, the allowance counts as used up. Additional forms are billed monthly in arrears through Stripe, including when the plan is billed yearly; the discount for yearly billing does not apply to them. The feature can be turned off at any time; additional forms finished until then are billed. Owners receive an email when 80% of the allowance is used, when the first additional form is charged and when the cap is reached.
- Changing plans: Moving to a larger plan applies immediately; the prorated difference for the current period is billed right away. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Cancellation: You can cancel a paid plan at any time under Settings → Plans, effective at the end of the paid period, also without signing in via “Cancel contracts here”. After that you use Free.
- Failed payment: If a charge fails, Stripe retries it; your plan stays active meanwhile. If the subscription ends because payment is not made, you use Free.
- Price changes: We may change the prices of the paid plans and of additional forms for the future. We will announce a change by email at least 30 days in advance; it applies only from the first billing period that starts after that notice period. Until then you can cancel the plan. If you are a business and keep using the plan afterwards, the new price applies; we will point this out in the announcement. If you are a consumer, a price increase applies to you only if you expressly agree to it; if you do not agree, we may cancel the plan when the increase takes effect, after which you use Free. Price reductions apply without consent.
10. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you book a paid plan as a consumer, that is, for purposes that are predominantly outside your trade, business or profession, you have the following right of withdrawal. Businesses do not have this right.
Withdrawal notice
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (STAYFRITZ SPAIN, S.L., Avenida Central, 18, 07184 El Toro, Calvià, Mallorca, Spain, email: hola@stayfritz.es) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the “Withdraw from contract” button at snapfritz.com/withdraw. If you use this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
End of withdrawal notice
When booking, you confirm that you accept these terms and request that Snapfritz start immediately, that is, before the withdrawal period ends.
Model withdrawal form

11. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where the law mandatorily provides for unlimited liability.
For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which you may regularly rely), limited to the typical damage foreseeable at conclusion of the contract. Otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded.
We are not liable for damage resulting from your using results from Snapfritz without review (section 5) or from a document not being recognised in the form you need (section 6). Mandatory statutory rights of consumers remain unaffected.
12. Term, termination and deletion
- The contract runs for an indefinite period. An owner may end it for the organisation at any time by deleting the organisation under Settings → Account or by asking us at hola@stayfritz.es to delete it. Deleting it also ends a paid plan immediately; it is not billed any further, and amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded pro rata. If you want to use the paid period, cancel the plan first under Settings → Plans and delete the organisation after it ends. Your right of withdrawal under section 10 remains unaffected.
- You can delete your own account at any time under Settings → Account. You then leave all organisations; organisations in which you are alone are deleted with it. If you are the only owner of an organisation with other people in it, first make someone else an owner or delete the organisation.
- We may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice. The right to terminate for good cause, for example for breach of section 4, remains unaffected.
- After termination we delete your account and content in accordance with the Privacy Policy, unless we are legally required to retain them. Download your documents beforehand.
13. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms where there is a valid reason (such as a new feature, a change in the law or the introduction of plans). We will inform you at least 30 days before they take effect, by email or in the service. If you do not object and continue to use Snapfritz after that period, the new terms apply; we will point this out in the notice. If you object, either party may end the contract when the change takes effect. Price changes are governed by section 9 instead.
14. Governing law, jurisdiction, language
Spanish law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. The courts of Palma de Mallorca have jurisdiction over disputes with businesses; for consumers the statutory places of jurisdiction apply.
The German version of these terms prevails; the English version is for information.
15. Final provisions
If a provision is invalid, the rest remains effective. Legally relevant notices may be given by email.
