Withdraw from your contract

If you booked a paid plan as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason (section 10 of the Terms). You can do that here, even without signing in: fill in the details and send with “Confirm withdrawal”. We will email you a confirmation of receipt straight away.

We use it to find your contract, and we send the confirmation of receipt there.

For example an invoice number or another email address the contract uses.
