Forward a PDF by email
Every account has its own address. You forward an email with a PDF attachment to it. Snapfritz reads the attachments, prepares them, and replies to the sending person with a link to review and sign. The original party — an office, an insurer, a landlord — does not get a mail from Snapfritz.
- Under Settings → Email inbox you see the long address and can pick a short name, 20 characters at most.
- Forward the mail from your own inbox, or let an allowed sender write there.
- Snapfritz checks the sender and, when the provider supplies it, the DMARC verdict.
- You get a mail with the review link. After signing, a copy goes to you, meant to be forwarded.
Limits
- No fetch of your whole inbox. Only mail sent to this address.
- The allowed-sender list holds at most 20 addresses.
- Without a DMARC verdict a mail can be accepted when the address and the sender match. That is a server setting, not a promise about every sender.
- Snapfritz does not reply in the original thread to the authority.
Who may write to the address?
The account's own addresses and senders you allowed in settings. Others are rejected; only the account owner is told.
How many PDFs?
Up to five attachments, each up to 20 MB, and the file must start with %PDF.
What if processing stops halfway?
Processing runs after the mail is accepted. A restart in that moment leaves the item unfinished; forward the mail again.
