Fill in an Elterngeld application
You apply for Elterngeld (parental allowance) at your state's office, and for Kindergeld (child benefit) at the Familienkasse. Snapfritz can prepare a PDF of those applications — names, address, IBAN, tax ID — where they are in your profile. You check amounts, months and evidence yourself. Snapfritz does not file anything.

Download your office's form
The states and the Familienkasse have their own forms and often an online application. Snapfritz does not supply an official version.

Reuse what repeats
Name, address, contact, IBAN and tax ID can come from the profile. You type the child's details and the period.

Keep the evidence beside it
Snapfritz does not attach or check a birth certificate, payslips, or similar documents.

Hand it in the required way
Online portal, post, or the office in person. You submit the finished PDF yourself.

Limits
- Snapfritz reads the PDF you upload. It is not a government portal, it does not file the application, and it is not a partner of the body that issued the form.
- Whether this particular form can be read depends on the file. No specific official form is guaranteed.
- The AI detects fields. Deterministic code proposes values from your profile and from earlier confirmed answers. You confirm before anything is written into the PDF.
- The signature is a simple electronic signature (an image of your signature). Snapfritz does not produce qualified signatures or notarisation.
- Not advice on parental allowance or child benefit. Deadlines, entitlement and evidence are for the responsible office.
Common questions
Does Snapfritz calculate Elterngeld?
No. It fills fields. You or the Elterngeld office check the amount.
Is Kindergeld the same application?
No. Kindergeld goes through the Familienkasse. If you have their PDF, Snapfritz prepares it the same way.
Does this replace the state's online application?
No. Where the state only accepts an online filing, use that. Snapfritz helps with the PDF version.
