Forms for landlords and property managers
Tenant self-disclosure, owner declaration, property questionnaire: the same details repeat for each home. Snapfritz detects the fields in the PDF and proposes stored property details and your master data, which you check. It is not property-management software and it does not send the form to tenants.

How to do it
- 01
Use the sender's PDF
From the manager, the bank, the insurer or the owners' association. Snapfritz has no form library of its own.

Fill the profile once
Name, address, contact, IBAN. Property details that are not in the profile you type the first time, and they can be suggested again on the same form.

Check what is unsure
A question such as “renovated after 2020?” is answered by the person who knows. Snapfritz marks it.

Send it back
You download the signed PDF and forward it yourself. The extension helps when the attachment is in Gmail or Outlook on the web.

Limits
- Snapfritz reads the PDF you upload. It is not a government portal, it does not file the application, and it is not a partner of the body that issued the form.
- Whether this particular form can be read depends on the file. No specific official form is guaranteed.
- The AI detects fields. Deterministic code proposes values from your profile and from earlier confirmed answers. You confirm before anything is written into the PDF.
- The signature is a simple electronic signature (an image of your signature). Snapfritz does not produce qualified signatures or notarisation.
- No credit check, no tenant portal, no sending to the other party.
Common questions
Is there a built-in tenant self-disclosure?
No. You upload the PDF you were sent. Snapfritz fills that PDF.
Does Snapfritz remember the property?
Confirmed answers are suggested again for the same form in your account. Other accounts do not see them.
Does this work for holiday lets?
Yes, when the task is a PDF: registration, supplier, owner declaration. Snapfritz is not a channel manager.
