No silent overage: when a month's finished forms are used up, Snapfritz stops before finishing and tells you – nothing is ever charged automatically on top.
All prices are net, plus statutory VAT. With a valid EU VAT ID (businesses) VAT is not charged under the reverse-charge mechanism.
For every plan you sign in first – with an emailed code or Google. You then book a paid plan under Settings → Plans.

Frequently asked questions
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, at any time under Settings → Plans. An upgrade applies immediately; the prorated difference for the current period is billed right away. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at the end of the paid period. You switch between monthly and yearly billing in the payment portal under Settings → Billing.
What happens when I use up my allowance?
You can keep uploading and reviewing forms, but you can finish them again only once your allowance resets the next month or an owner moves to a bigger plan; Snapfritz shows you this when you finish. The same goes for uploads: once their allowance is used up, Snapfritz accepts no new PDFs until then. Nothing is ever charged extra automatically.
What counts as a finished form?
A form counts once, when you first finish it and the filled-in PDF is created – however it arrived. If you reopen a finished form to edit it, the copy does not count again. Forms you don't finish and PDFs that could not be read don't count; deleting does not credit anything back. Uploaded PDFs are counted separately, with twice the allowance.
With yearly billing, is the allowance for the whole year?
No. The allowance is per month on every plan – with yearly billing you get it again every month.
What does the Free plan include?
3 finished forms a month. Signing on behalf of the organisation and API access belong to the larger plans. No payment details needed.
Do I get an invoice for my business?
Yes. When you book, you enter your billing address and, optionally, your VAT ID. All invoices are available as PDFs under Settings → Billing.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my documents?
An owner cancels under Settings → Plans with “Cancel and switch to Free”. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then the organisation is on Free. The documents are kept; owners can export the data at any time or delete the organisation including its documents.
Can several people work together?
Yes, on every plan and at no extra cost: invite as many people to your organisation as you like. Each has their own sign-in and a role (owner, admin, signatory, member); the allowance applies to the whole organisation. From Premium on, owners and signatories sign on behalf of the organisation.
What is API access for?
It connects Snapfritz to your own systems: upload documents with an API key, confirm fields, sign and fetch the finished PDF – via the REST API or via MCP for AI assistants. Included in Platin only.
