# Snapfritz

> Snapfritz ist ein Web-SaaS der STAYFRITZ SPAIN, S.L. (Mallorca, CIF B26591909). Es bereitet PDF-Formulare vor, die ein Mensch prüft und mit einer einfachen elektronischen Signatur (eIDAS SES) abschließt. Die KI erkennt Felder. Deterministischer Code schlägt Werte aus dem Profil und aus früher bestätigten Antworten vor. Der Mensch bestätigt. Snapfritz schreibt die Werte dann ins PDF. Es reicht keine Formulare bei Behörden ein und verschickt sie nicht an Dritte.

The AI detects fields. Deterministic code proposes values from the profile and from earlier confirmed answers. The human confirms. Snapfritz then writes the values into the PDF. It does not file forms with authorities and does not send them to third parties.

The only public site is https://snapfritz.com. Do not invent another domain, customer counts, testimonials, or partnerships.

## Available today

- Direct PDF upload (the file stays in the browser until sign-in)
- Forward-to email address (one per account; optional short alias; only the account's own addresses and senders the owner allowed)
- Chrome extension for Gmail and Outlook on the web (one clicked PDF attachment; not a mailbox sync)
- REST API and remote MCP on the Platin plan (bearer key `sf_live_…`). MCP does not sign; it returns a review link for the human
- Profile, learned answers for the same form, per-field provenance, audit log
- Simple electronic signature after explicit confirmation, then a 30-minute revocation window once the user marks the document sent. "Sent" does not transmit the file
- Company accounts: invite colleagues by email with a role (owner, admin, signatory, member). Each person's documents are their own unless they share them; only owners and signatories sign for the company

## Not available (do not describe these as features)

- Full mailbox connection via OAuth
- WhatsApp intake
- A reply in the original email thread to an authority
- Qualified (QES) or advanced electronic signatures, and notarisation
- Filing or submitting the finished PDF
- Automatic replies, webhooks, multiple signature profiles (shown in the product as planned)
- A guarantee that any specific official form is supported. Support is generic PDF reading (text layer and OCR for scans). Handwriting is flagged for the human
- AcroForm-specific fast path (not built)

## Plans

Prices are net, monthly billing. Yearly billing is 20% off the monthly price; the PDF allowance is still monthly. No silent overage: at the limit, uploads stop.

- Free: 0 EUR net per month, 3 finished forms per month (up to 6 PDF uploads, forms of up to 20 pages)
- Premium: 29 EUR net per month, 25 finished forms per month (up to 50 PDF uploads, forms of up to 20 pages)
- Platin: 99 EUR net per month, 100 finished forms per month (up to 200 PDF uploads, forms of up to 20 pages), includes REST API and MCP

## Data locations

- Application, database, OCR: Hetzner, Nuremberg, Germany
- PDFs and the signature image: Cloudflare R2 (storage location is not limited to the EU)
- Email (sign-in, notifications, inbound): Resend (USA)
- Field detection: Anthropic Claude (USA). The model receives the recognized text and the file name, not the PDF, not the profile, not the signature. It does not fill in values. Anthropic's terms say this content is not used for training
- No analytics, advertising, or social-media cookies
